For all that we’ve spent a lot of time looking at how to reduce nerves, let’s not forget an absolute truth…

Nerves are normal

We have a mantra here – remember it? Nerves are normal, they show you care!

And why else?

Because the nerves do a lot of good things for your performance, like increasing how quickly you think.

They also show you care. After all, if you’re not nervous it’s presumably because you don’t care about the presentation.. and if that’s the case, why are you presenting in the first place?!?!
