Using Soft Eyes

Some people call this peripheral vision technique having soft eyes. Personally I prefer to reserve the term soft eyes for this additional benefit of using the technique… it's not a nerves technique but we've included it here as it makes sense to explain it straight away. Think of it as an added bonus!
